I’m inviting you on a journey of belovedness and grace. Have you ever wondered, “How does God really look at me?” I’ve discovered that “God gazes on you and me with incredible love.” God takes joyful delight in you and he renews you with his love. (Zephaniah 3:17) The Father invites us to stop and receive that loving gaze. My great joy as a spiritual director is to walk with people as they discover and embrace God’s love and grace.

I discovered many years ago that having someone to walk alongside me in a confidential, grace and love filled relationship is vital to living a more vibrant, joyful, and flourishing life. This type of relationship is developed in the ministry of Spiritual Direction.

Spiritual Direction provides a sacred and safe space where the director helps the directee become aware of what God is up to in their lives. This is done through the listening and discerning heart of the director, all within the posture of prayer and guidance of the Holy Spirit. The focus is upon God and in building an intimate relationship with Him as we live our ordinary life with its joys, blessings, hardships, and unexpected crises. God is at work in your story.

My passion is helping others understand how to live life from a place of love and grace as they continue growing into the person God uniquely designed them to be. Each one of us is truly God’s Beloved. It gives me great joy to be a spiritual companion with others on their spiritual journey no matter their season of life.
